Withdraw money

Withdrawing sends money from your Preddy balance to any wallet or exchange address you give. Your balance is in dollars, shown as pUSD, and you pick which token and network it arrives as.

How to do it

1. Open your Portfolio page (click your balance in the header, or the Portfolio tab on mobile) and press Withdraw.
2. Check the account at the top of the window. That's the account the money leaves from; click it to switch.
3. Paste the address you're sending to into Recipient Address.
4. Pick the Network and the Asset to receive. They must match what the receiving wallet or exchange accepts at that address.
5. Type the Amount in pUSD, or press the Available line under it to withdraw everything. The minimum is 5 pUSD. You'll see what you'll receive and the estimated network fee.
6. Press Continue. On Review Withdrawal, check the asset, network, address and estimated arrival time, then press Withdraw.

You'll see Withdrawal Submitted, and the money is on its way.

Tips

• Sending to an exchange? Open its deposit page for the token you picked and use the network it lists there. Copy the address from that same page.
• History at the top of the window shows each withdrawal and its status.
• One withdrawal at a time: wait for the current one to finish before you start another from the same account.
