Claim your winnings

When a market resolves, each winning share pays $1 and each losing share pays nothing. By default, your winnings don't move into your balance by themselves: you claim them, and it takes one press.

How to do it

1. Once a market you won has resolved, a Claim button appears at the top of the page, next to your balance.
2. Press it. You can also open Portfolio and press Claim All above the tabs, or press Claim on a single position in the Open tab.
3. Check the list of winning positions and press Claim $… with your total on it.
4. When the claim finishes, press Done. The money is now in your Cash balance.

Claimed positions move to the Closed tab with a green check. Lost positions have nothing to claim: they drop out of Open and show up under Closed with a red cross and your loss.

Some winnings and rewards reach your account without landing in your trading balance. When that happens, a Congratulations! screen pops up after you open Preddy, with the amount waiting in each of your accounts. Press Claim $…, and once you see Success!, press Done. If you close it, it comes back on your next visit.

Tips

• Tired of claiming by hand? Open Settings from the menu and turn on Auto-Redeem in General Settings. You confirm it once, and after that winning positions are claimed for you. It's set per account.
• Won a combo? Combos are claimed on their own: open Closed, switch to Combo and press Claim on the combo.
• Got several accounts? Claim All covers the account you're on. Switch accounts to claim the rest.
• No Claim button even though the game is over? The market has to resolve officially first, and that can take a while after the event ends.
